What the appointment form collects
The form asks for your name, phone number, property address, and city. Email, service, preferred appointment time, and project details are optional. Tier1 uses these details to respond to your request and discuss service or appointment arrangements. Please do not enter payment information, identification documents, or sensitive personal details.
How the form is sent
When you select Send appointment request, the website sends the completed form to Tier1’s server. Resend processes the submission as Tier1’s email-delivery provider and forwards it to Tier1’s configured appointment inbox. Resend handles submission and technical information under its own privacy policy. A successful form message means the delivery provider accepted the request; Tier1 still confirms every appointment directly.
Tier1 handles appointment correspondence through Gmail. Contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you sent. Applicable record-retention needs and the providers’ own policies may affect what can be removed.
Direct calls and email
Phone and email links open the relevant application on your device. Selecting an email link creates a draft; it does not send a message automatically. Your communications are processed by the phone and email services you use.
Your city and service selection
A city or service you choose, or the city and service page you visit, can be remembered in this browser tab for up to eight hours. You can clear it in the service selector. This feature does not determine your precise location or read your Google search history. City and service selections may also be carried in page links. Names, property addresses and appointment notes are not stored with the selection.
Approximate location suggestions
When no city has been selected or supplied by the page link, the website may suggest a supported service city using approximate network-location information provided by Cloudflare. This is not GPS or your property address, and can be inaccurate, especially on mobile networks or VPNs. You can change the city or select the general view. A city page, link or explicit selection takes priority over the estimate.
This feature does not store your IP address in the website’s application or send it to an additional location service. Only a supported city identifier and lookup status are cached in this browser tab; a cached lookup is reused for up to 30 minutes. The displayed suggestion remains editable throughout your visit. Dismissing suggestions is remembered for up to eight hours in this tab. Hosting providers may separately process technical request data as described below. If location information is unavailable or outside the supported area, the general view remains available.
Campaign information
When you send an appointment request, the form may include the page, referring website, campaign parameters, and Google click identifier carried in the page address. Campaign information can be retained in this browser tab for up to eight hours and carried in relevant service and appointment links. Tier1 uses this information to understand which campaign, city, or service page produced the request. A session cookie remembers that a visit came from an ad so the matching phone number is shown; it holds no personal information.
Website hosting, cookies and analytics
This public website is hosted through Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting providers process technical request data and may use security cookies to operate and protect the site. Google Ads conversion measurement is on by default for website visits, phone-link clicks and appointment requests accepted by our server, except in regions where a prior affirmative choice is required. It stays off when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal or you turn measurement off below. In restricted regions, it stays off until you turn it on here. Google may process page, browser and interaction information and use cookies for this measurement. Tier1 does not include your name, email address, phone number, property address or appointment notes in conversion events. You can change your choice here at any time. Browsing, calls and appointment requests work with measurement off. The website does not store your appointment notes in browser local storage.
