What the appointment form collects
The form asks for your name and phone number, with optional email, city, service, and issue description. Tier1 uses these details to respond to your request and discuss service or appointment arrangements. Please do not enter payment information, identification documents, or sensitive personal details.
How the form is sent
When you select Send appointment request, your browser sends the completed form to FormSubmit, an external form-processing service. FormSubmit forwards submissions to tier1chimneyrepair@gmail.com. Its service processes submission and technical information under its own privacy policy. A spam filter may reject a submission; a confirmation page does not itself verify receipt in Tier1’s inbox.
Tier1 handles appointment correspondence through Gmail. Contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you sent. Applicable record-retention needs and the providers’ own policies may affect what can be removed.
Direct calls and email
Phone and email links open the relevant application on your device. Selecting an email link creates a draft; it does not send a message automatically. Your communications are processed by the phone and email services you use.
Website hosting and cookies
This public website is hosted through Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting providers process technical request data and may use security cookies to operate and protect the site. Tier1 has not added advertising trackers, a live AI chat service, or visitor analytics scripts. The website does not store your appointment notes in browser local storage.
